Credits meter AI generation and rendering. A standard talking-avatar video is roughly 1 credit per finished second, while Studio models have their own displayed rates. Your remaining balance is kept, and one-time top-up credits do not expire.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel in one click from your billing page. Cancellations stop the next renewal; you keep access (and any remaining credits) until the current period ends.
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. Annual plans can also be invoiced for teams — email support@vlogme.ai.
If you haven't used any credits within 7 days of purchase, we'll refund in full — just email support. After that, unused credits stay on your account and roll over — nothing expires.
