Terms of Service

vlogme.ai (the "Service") helps you plan, generate, edit and assemble AI videos from ideas, text, images, video and audio. It includes model-based generation, talking avatars and related creative tools. We provide the tools; you provide the inputs and remain responsible for them.

You must be at least 16 years old to use vlogme.ai. You can start and purchase processing as a guest without registering. Keep your guest session and sign-in methods secure. Losing an unlinked guest session may remove access to its projects. You can voluntarily link it to a verified VlogMe account while you still have access. Notify support@vlogme.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of the photos, video, scripts and audio you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading, you grant vlogme.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process and transform Your Content only to provide the Service to you.

You must have the rights to every item you upload. You may not use portraits, voices or other likenesses without the required permission, upload prohibited content involving minors, or infringe third-party rights.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Impersonate a person without consent or create misleading deepfakes;
• Generate harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or illegal content;
• Generate political disinformation or content designed to deceive voters;
• Violate applicable law, regulation or third-party rights;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, disrupt or overload the Service.

Machine-learning output may be inaccurate, unrealistic or contain artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing every result before sharing it and for disclosing AI involvement where required by law.

Subscriptions and separately purchased credits have the prices and conditions displayed before purchase. Monthly subscription credits reset to the plan allowance each eligible period; unused monthly credits do not accumulate. Separate packs and monetary balances retain their own conditions. An introductory price, when offered to an eligible customer, applies only to the specified existing monthly plan for the first month, followed by the displayed regular renewal price. Linking an account does not grant a new allowance or renew promotional eligibility. Unless required by law or expressly covered by the product refund policy, fees are non-refundable.

You may delete your account through available account controls or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

Clearing content in one service removes its projects, files and results while preserving subscriptions, balances and other VlogMe services. Deleting the shared VlogMe account is a separate action with confirmation of all affected services. Clearing content does not cancel a subscription; manage renewal through its payment provider.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, vlogme.ai disclaims express and implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vlogme.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the product. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
