Privacy Policy

Account data: email address, name, profile picture when provided and the authentication provider used.

Content you upload: photos, video, scripts, audio and other assets submitted to create or edit media.

Generated content: outputs and projects created from your inputs and stored under your account.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser metadata and IP address, used to operate, secure and improve the Service.

Cookies: strictly necessary cookies support authentication. Optional analytics and advertising storage follows the regional consent rules described below. Browser Global Privacy Control signals are honored.

Guest access also uses a technical user identifier and a session. Linking to a verified account connects the relevant product spaces; matching email addresses alone does not transfer ownership. Payment records may be used to verify purchases and introductory-offer eligibility. We do not receive full card numbers from the payment provider.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your photos, scripts or other private project inputs to train our models.

Independently of optional vendors, VlogMe schedules a coarse hourly counter for each successful public HTML landing request. It records only a fixed source category, a broad landing-page category and whether the request came from a region where explicit choice is required. It contains no user, session or visitor ID, IP address or hash, country, user agent, raw URL or referrer, campaign name or advertising click ID. It has no join key and is not linked to registration or purchase.

In the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Turkey, the Canadian province of Quebec, and whenever your country or Canadian province cannot be determined, non-essential vendors stay disabled and a short notice is shown until you choose OK. In all other regions no notice is shown: Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta pixel and PostHog load when the page opens under our regional policy, and for a signed-in account this regional basis is recorded on the account. A Global Privacy Control signal is always treated as a decline.

When enabled, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads provide page, campaign, conversion and attribution measurement. Consented conversion matching may use normalized, hashed account contact data. Google ad personalization remains disabled under this measurement choice.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API measure explicitly defined page-view, signup, checkout and purchase events for Meta campaigns. Automatic browser event detection is disabled.

PostHog provides product-funnel and reliability events. Session Replay, surveys, feature-flag requests, automatic exception capture and high-volume diagnostics are disabled by default.

Your explicit choice is stored in the browser and, when signed in, on the account until you change it or delete the account. Vendor retention follows each provider's configured settings and policies. Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection from VlogMe but does not undo prior processing. The coarse counter continues because it has no visitor-level identity.

You can turn analytics and advertising measurement off at any time with the switch below. Turning it off stops optional collection in this browser and, when signed in, on your account. Provider policies:

We share data only with the following recipients:

• Service providers that operate hosting, databases, AI inference, payments or email, under appropriate data-processing terms;
• Authorities where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety or property;
• A successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure. Uploaded content is kept in private storage scoped to your user ID and is accessible to you and authorized service operators. We use reasonable technical and organizational protections, but no system is perfectly secure.

We keep account data and content while the account remains active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can delete individual projects and request account deletion at support@vlogme.ai. Residual copies may remain in backups for up to 30 days.

Clearing content in one service removes its projects, files and results while preserving subscriptions, balances and other VlogMe services. Deleting the shared VlogMe account is a separate action with confirmation of all affected services. Clearing content does not cancel a subscription; manage renewal through its payment provider.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, port or delete personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact support@vlogme.ai to exercise a right.

vlogme.ai is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data so we can take appropriate action.

Information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use standard contractual clauses or equivalent transfer safeguards.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the product.
